Kejadian lemas di kampung Tanjung Ghai Lipis pada 27 Feb 2020. Daripada cerita penduduk kampong seramai lima orang remaja dan kanak-kanak telah turun ke Sungai Jelai untuk mandi. Lebih kurang jam 4.30 petang dua remaja telah lemas dibawa arus sungai. Mangsa adalah dua beradik Siti Nur Hidayah bt Mohd Rosli 19 tahun dan Siti Suhaida bt Mohd Rosli 15 tahun.
Pasukan penyelamat Bomba Sungai Koyan dan Balai Polis Koyan telah bersama penduduk kampung dengan dibantu JKKK Kg. Tanjung Gahai telah berusaha mencari mangsa. Pusat operasi telah dibuka melibatkan beberapa agensi. Maklumat dari Penghulu Ulu Jelai.

Kedua-dua mangsa lemas telah ditemui pada pagi ini terakhir jam 9.30 pagi dikawasan 3 km dari tempat kejadian.
Pusat Operasi akan ditutup setelah semua agensi dan penduduk kampung selamat dan selesai operasi menyelamat.
