Gulai Tempoyak Ikan Patin

Cerita dari Lipis respi
Bahan-bahan200 gm ikan Patin
150 gm tempoyak
10 tangkai cili padi
1 inci kunyit hidup
1 kuntum bunga kantan
100 ml air
4 helai daun kesom
Garam

Cara menyediakan:
Potong dan bersihakan ikan patin, masukan ke dalam periuk.
Kemudian masukan cili api, kunyit  (yang telah dikisar) tempoyak, , bunga kantan,daun kesom,garam dan air.
Masakan dengan api yang perlahan dalam masa 30 minit.
Setelah masak,sedia untuk dihidangkan.
